      My car has been in their possession since November 4th 2021. I've been given false information as far to when my car would be completed as well as being informed that my car was being worked on but absolutely nothing had been started. I honestly just want my car fixed and I think 6 months is entirely too long

      I am so sorry but I do not recognize this person as having a vehicle in our body shop. It may be under a different name. They also have not shared the year make and model of vehicle. I will tell you every Body Shop in ******* is experiencing the problem. Trying to get parts in is an extreme problem. We have 65 vehicles waiting to be repaired. In our new world we are living in the problem is probably going to exacerbate. We aplogize but we are going as fast as we can. No one wants to make customers wait because we make no money not repairing vehicles in a timely manner

      The name my vehicle is under is ***************************** which the insurance is under but the car is mine. I've been given false statements as to what's been done to my car. Everything from we're working on your suspension to next week should be your week. Only to find out after walking in personally and talking to a woman who told me that the car hasn't been touched. I just want my car back as soon as possible. I can't continue to borrow rides and paying for Uber. All the while continuing to pay my car note.

      I spoke with the customer and told him we will try to have his vehicle ready by next week. It has been very hard to secure parts for this car. As everyone is aware parts are a main source of problems in today's world. Since Covid everything has become difficult. We can't get parts in a timely manner and can't find any help. If you check you will find every other shop that is a quality shop is in the same position. We are sorry this has happened to **************** and we are going to do our best to move forward on the vehicle. This is an $!!,000 estimate so it requires many parts and labor. Thank you for your patience.

      Still hasn't been any progress made. I haven't been allowed to visually see my car. Im still being made promises and being told specific completion dates. At this point I want my car back today

      We are working on customer's vehicle. We had to order addt'l parts for Challenger. We are waiting on several parts to come in for addt'l damage we found. Customer came by and we talked about this. Once we get these parts in I hope we can wrap him up by the end of next week.
