      The Wendys on ************ in ************ will overcharge their customers because they dont go by prices on their menu sign. Beware!

We take all complaints seriously and value our customers feedback. ********************** strives to ensure all our menu boards, both inside and outside, reflect current menu items and prices. After investigating your complaint, we found there was a recent price update to an item and our drive-thru menu board did not reflect the new price for a very short period. We have taken steps so this doesnt happen in the future. We understand that our error has caused you inconvenience, and for this, we sincerely apologize. We urge all our customers to contact the store manager if you are dissatisfied with your Wendys experience.

      My family had an unfortunate experience while visiting a Wendy's located **** Winchester *******, **. My husband purchased 3 chicken sandwich combos (2 spicy chicken and 1 regular). He did not receive a receipt for his transaction but transaction totaled $35.61 at approximately 1pm on 12/24/23.When he arrived home with our meals one of the chicken sandwich combos had a sandwich that was not edible-you could not bite through the center of the sandwich no matter how I tried to. I was reluctant to return the meal but my husband insisted that I do.I went back to the restaurant with my 2 year old son in hand and informed the cashier there was an issue with my meal and that I would like sandwich and fries to be replaced and also wanted to order 2 more items. The young man who received my response relayed to a woman who was apparently the manager and she told him "to tell me she's not {refunding or remaking} the sandwich because I ate most of it." I said "I ate the part that was edible then I realized there was no way I would be able to finish it because it was rubbery."She then came to the front to interact with me directly and was immediately insensitive and offensive. There was a great deal of verbal interaction with the woman whom did not identify herself. There is a great deal of concern that food is being served that isnt being prepared properly to be consumed by customers. This is a clear opportunity for coaching and re-evaluating customer service within this business. No receipt given for the transaction. No apology for the poor quality. No name given by the assumed manager (black, plus size woman). No fair offering for meal or service experience. No answer when calling the locations phone number.

      LET ME TELL YOU ALL ABOUT THIS MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION SKINNY GUY WITH GLASSES DO YOU ALL KNOW HE TOLD ME IT WAS OK FOR HIS WORKERS TO MAKE THE BURGERS WITHOUT GLOVES ALSO HE LET ONE OF HIS WORKERS DISRESPECT ME AND SAY HE WAS GOING TO TALK TO HER AND DID NOT ALSO HE THOUGHT IT WAS COOL TO BRAKE A WHOLE DOLLAR OF MINES FOR A ***** AND GOT THE NERVES TO SHORT ME 4 CENT BUT TOOK 1 CENT OUT OF MY DOLLAR BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE A ***** AND I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THIS LOCATION NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT SHOW NO RESPECT TO NO ONE THEY TERRIBLE AT THIS LOCATION GIVE YOU ATTITUDE WHEN YOU ASK FOR YOUR FOOD TO BE FRESH AND HOT TOUCHING ****************** WITH THE SAME GLOVES THEY MAKING YOUR FOOD WITH ITS UNSANITARY AND SOMETHING NEED TO BE DONE LOCATED:1623 W DIVISION
