They conducted a thorough diagnostic test on the computer right in front of me before handing it over. I had a very pleasant experience at Cooper Systems. They quickly identified the issue with my computer and helped me set everything up smoothly. I have no complaints; they were transparent throughout the entire process. I've used them twice. One time about 3 years ago to repair a 12 (15 year old now)year old pc. And recently to repair a 4 year old pc. Both times services were performed promptly and at a good price. Both computers are functioning fine at the moment. Can't ask for more than that.
