I used ****** Repairs through Select Home Warranty to fix my AC unit. When my unit stopped working again, Select Home Warranty sent a different company out. Through the diagnosis, it was determined that the motor fan that was replaced by ****** repairs was improperly installed and caused additional damage to my unit. When Select Home Warranty contacted ****** Repairs, I was told he refused to come back out without another claim being filed eventhough, Select Home Warranty explained to ****** repairs that he installed the motor fan impoperly. I sent Select Home Warranty pictures of my unit before the repairs and pictures of my unit after ****** Repairs "fixed" it. Zip ties were used and wires were left outside the unit. ****** Repairs caused additional damage to my unit and has refused torepair the damage done due to the improper installation of a motor fan.
