On 10/17 I called Appliance Tech about my washing machine I was told it was my lid lock that was bad Ordered part for it On 10/26 the repairman came out and told me it was unfixable bad board and wiring harness charged me $192.11 On 10/27 I had another technician with ******************* and he replaced the lid lock(door lock) and machine works fine I feel that Appliance Tech scammed me out of $192.11 by not replacing lid lock (door lock) in the first place I have called several times and left messages and sent copies of both invoices Please help resolve this issue I am 67 years and don't know how to upload my documents If needed I will mail copies to your office Thank you

*************************** My tech stated he replaced with new LID LOCK but your unit did not responded to the new lid lock. And removed it not to charge for the part. Now it is possible that the in we bought was bad in the box. I am willing to refund you the service call $120.00. My tech stated there was ******* on the main board. This will kill APPLIANCE'S board . He was told you we don't work on in units with ***** infested and COULD charge you the service call $120.00 plus tax and left. TN state has your sales tax $17.07 . the remaining is 55.00 I take this for the service call. IF you zelle with your bank. TO SEND $120.00 LABOR AND TRIP IS NOT FREE.
