Case MGMT: saw ************** (I believe his name was) on September 1, 2022 11:21 a.m.-11:25 He (**************) used vulgar Language towards me and his language and was intolerable, absurd, inexcusable and not needed towards me being that he is supposed to be a professional in a place of business, and should conduct himself as such being that ************** has a license to administer medications to patients. There's no excuse for his or the other staffs treatment towards me on the day of September 1, 2022 **************, as well as the other staff members were very rude. ************** used vulgar language against me for no reason on this morning when I only asked about my medication location around the time given to you. ********************* agent probably overheard the conversation or someone sent him to the room, but probably didn't hear much since I was leaving soon as he came, and shortly after I exited the room to speak with the receptionist at the front desk after leaving the office of ************** who also was rude. The "*********************** was rude as I was only seeking info about the licensed Dr. ******** info on who I could contact about his language.) The doctors conduct (as well as those two others mentioned on staff at the time) was inexcusable. I would like for this to be investigated. They all made me feel uncomfortable.
