I have been trying to obtain my new prosthesis which was started before April 2024. I get excuses of why the item isn't ready but only after many repeated calls from me. This isn't the first issue I've had. The wait period from beginning to end is unacceptable. I've asked to speak to a person in charge but I never was allowed. A prosthesis isn't a luxury item, I have sores from bad fitting limb and have gotten infections several times.I'm on limited income and I would start legal procedures if I could. I want answers, my prosthesis or release so I can find another company. Someone should have reported them before. I have been patient but I can sense a problem when they NEVER return my calls.My husband and I opened a business in *******, *** years ago. We never had and issues, complaints or late deliveries. He was the owner/operator. ONE man.You can phone me for any information needed. In response to ********************* complaint, we would like to first apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. At this time ********************* has been fitted and delivered her new prosthesis. She was satisfied with her prosthesis at the time of delivery and will f/u with any issues as needed.
