I went to ************ on May 24th - June 5th. I paid $686 to upgrade my seats. I paid an additional $153 US dollars to spend another night in The *************** because United canceled my flight. For the hotel, I was credited $79 back to my credit card, not the $153 US money I paid the hotel (United received a copy of my receipt.) The upgrade was honored going to ******; not returning home. From ******** to *************, I was on the last row of the plane with limited leg room (seat 53D). From ******* to *******, I was two rows from the last row (seat 35B). Neither was an upgrade. I received $229, not $343 (half of the $686). What can I do to receive what I paid? Thanks for helping!Business response
