On May 1st, I placed two separate orders online at Collector's Outpost. ORDER #****** and ORDER #******, I paid $164.98 for both items, which were Master Legend of Zelda Metal Replica, and Anduril Aragorn Lord of the Rings Metal Sword Replica. I had called the store Manager yesterday to see if both items were in the store, and the manager told me he had them and would prepare them for me to pick up in the store since I did pick up online at the store in ********** Mall. Today, I called the same store and the manager told me that one of my items was damaged, after he told me he had it in the store ready for me. He was lying. Then he said, he didn't see my other order, which was online, that I can see. I just called Collector's Outpost Customer Service and I spoke with Katie on the phone who I was just chatting with at 4:00pm. She claimed that none of the stores at the item, when it shows that they did online and in the store. Katie claimed that my orders were listed as Fraud, which is not true, my payments on my credit card were legit. I was not able to get the items that I had paid for and I am very upset. Katie the person I spoke with did not help me by shipping the items for me online or doing anything, so I am stuck with no items and no refund. This is the first time, this has ever happened to me and I had shopped here a lot, I want this store and the manager to be held accountable for falsifying information, that my transaction was fraud.
