Workers came when scheduled and stayed all day until the two different projects I had were completed to my satisfaction. Price was very reasonable in my opinion and great build quality. These builders are very competent.

I love my new privacy fence. The wood looks great with the colors in my brick home. This Company is very reasonably priced compared to others. The crew showed up and within 2 days were done. I have no complaints.Review from Jerry W

Tommy and his crews worked a seeming miracle for us. I mistakenly hired a deck builder in 2023 who didn’t know what he was doing; that’s another long and sordid story. Tommy and Oscar’s people showed up when they said, worked like organized madmen, and completed the screened porch in a matter of weeks. The finished project is beautiful, almost all of The Other Guys’ mistakes are corrected or concealed, and we couldn’t be happier. We have no hesitation about trusting the second phase of the project, a huge stone patio, to Tommy and Oscar, and whoever their concrete/stone people may be. It’s a huge relief to find people who not only know how to do complex carpentry, but who also actually show up to do it.SafeGuard Fence & Deck Response

Robb was so personable and really patiently listened to us tell him what we wanted in a fence and why. He presented several different options and gave us pros and cons of them but didn’t push us one way or another (unlike several other companies we consulted!). He gave us a virtual fence on a picture of our yard and drew out the plans for it with our input, again not pushing us when decisions needed to be made. Once his crew came they were thorough and efficient and also took our input if we asked about something. We had an excellent experience with Safe Guard and would highly recommend them!Review from Kim C

Overall quality is there but customer service and communication is garbage. If it wasn’t for Jason (sales person) I would not leave 3 stars. Pipe was busted due to them ignoring the 811 spray paint markers. They turned off the water and left when I wasn’t home. I mean who does that without communicating to the owner? I came home and figured it out myself which is just sad. Jason came all the way from Clarksville to fix the issue on the holiday weekend! Not even in his job description but he saved the company a lawsuit since I caught everything on camera. I’m waiting on the gates to come in and once the entire job is complete I’ll update my review. Good quality just be careful if you choose them. ThanksReview from Fernando R
