This company installed a splash pad just before ***** became a problem-- last summer we tested the pad and it had several problems-- the company sent technicians to repair but did not complete the repair-- I was told they would come out and repair at a later date-- they were suppose to be here in November-- I have called and sent multiple emails in order to get an update-- They have ingnored my recent calls and emails-- this was an $****** dollar project, and the pad has never been functional-- All I want them to do is fix the pad by the spring of this year--Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2022/03/29) */ Hi ******, This issue has been resolved. It's most common for splash pad maintenance items to be handled while the facility is in it's dormant state and not in the middle of it's operating season. The pad won't open until Memorial Day so GSR had this maintenance scheduled to be completed over the winter season. This was communicated several times to the client. I'm unsure as to why he filed a complaint. However, it's now been completed and the pad is still on schedule to open this Summer. The client is aware and the issue is resolved.
