I paid *****-****** Collections Agency on 10/31/21 in the amount of $********. I had been seen by Metro Center Healthcare Group for several visits for several conditions. Some of the visits were billed for services my insurance covered. Other visits were not billed for services my insurance covered even though I went for the same things on all visits. I was not notified that I would be billed for services not covered on those visits. I also did not receive bills in a prompt matter to know that I was billed for services not covered before returning to the medical office. I filed a dispute with my insurance and the dispute required all medical documents be sent to my insurance company from Metro Center Healthcare Group. I spent a year and a half calling and emailing about my dispute with no response. Metro Center Healthcare Group also did not respond to my insurance company. Metro Center Healthcare Group sent the bill to three separate collections agencies, all of which I explained this to. I was told by the debt collections agents I spoke with that the debt collections attempts were denied until the issue was resolved. *****-****** accepted the debt collection even though it was being disputed. I was forced to pay a healthcare bill without documents being sent to my insurance for the claims dispute and without any attempts to resolve the issue.
