Paid $9.99 for access to online ***** Calling app. Recently the app started offering a paid option. My free option still worked for awhile, but now no longer works. It now requires me to pay a monthly subscription to use the app when I have already paid for its use with the one time fee. I reached out to ****** ******* via email twice with no response. Many years ago, I purchased the ***** Calling app by author *********************. After ********************* died, ****** ******* began charging a monthly fee for the app in December 2023. I received an email stating that my app would not be affected by this change and that I would continue to have free access to my app. I have sent 4 email complaints that my app no longer allows me to access the daily readings. ****** ******* responded that they are working out the bugs. To date, I still cannot access my app other than advertisements to purchase all of ****** ******* collections of ***** Calling devotions by author *********************. I paid for this app. I would appreciate ****** ******* restoring access to my app. Thank you. ***************************Business response

Contacted the user via the number provided in the complaint twice and was sent to voicemail both times. We left a message to call us back for additional assistance with the ***** Calling App. We also sent the user an email to explain the steps necessary to access the resources in the app as well as informed the user of a coming update that should fix some additional stability issues in the app. We're happy to continue following up with the user to make sure they have the best possible experience with the ***** Calling app.Initial Complaint

Information of the purchase: Confirmation #********?Purchase Order #?INFLUHON022522 On march I paid for 10 "********** Cultural" books. They sent me a box with books that are not mine.They have told me that they have already made the refund, but my ************* asks me for a note from the seller to start the refund process. I have asked them for the note in different ocassions, but I have not received a satisfactory answer.Now, I want to be reimbursed $93.95 that I paid for the 10 books, $105.26 that I paid to DHL to have them shipped to ********, $10 for the cost of clearance from Honduran customs and 10 for compensation. In total I want to be paid $219.21.Business response

It is unclear if this purchase was with us directly or with a retailer/ministry. We cannot give refunds on purchases that are not made directly with our organization and refunds should be requested by the point of sale.
