I made a purchase for an autograph through Rochester sports autographs on November 12, 2021 and have yet to get my item. I haven't received an email in weeks and have never even gotten a phone call. This has been the worst service I have ever received on any purchase in my life. Right now I am out ****** and a *** item I sent to them to be signed. Thus was supposed to be an Xmas gift, but this place ruined that. Any help in this matter would be appreciated, especially since I'm finding out I'm not the only one this has happened toBusiness response

We notify signing delays through email, but sometimes they can be blocked by the receivers service provider. Please note, mail order signings are at the the mercy of the athletes, so if something comes up or they need to change the date there is nothing we can do.
