      He was hired by clayton home to do our bathroom he took 3 months to just install tile which is all broken crooked and holes in the floor..he never finished anything else ...we still cant use our shower because of hokes and grout issues which he used 3 different color grouts in one shower

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/26) */ We were hired by Clayton homes to tear out and replace a tile shower. Custome had moisture issues that had to be addressed. The time frame took so long due to material shortages and working with other sub contractors that did mold remediation. We used one bucket of premixed grout with sealer already mixed in. Customer called and cussed us out due to material shortages. I urge other contractors to be wary of working for this customer. Theres 3 different color grouts through out the shower 15 tiles are sticking out or sunk in not one tile is level plus its not done the way its supposed to be it is not what we ordered or paid for..shower is unusable because of holes shower pan also has grout stains that wont come out ..big stains plus 5 of the tiles have stains that arent grout no one has big able to get the stains out they never shoukd have been installed with the stains..he will not even come back to address issues..we were not home when he finished work we were not able to get into master suit until june 23 to see the issues because they told us we couldnt go in there. showed up at our house the day before he was suppose to start job with 3 men from clayton homes..he said he coukd do the job would be at our house the next day at 9 am he showed up at 1115 told me he had to go buy all the tools he needed to do the job and left came back later was upset because he paid too much for the tools...he showed up late everyday only worked 3 hours a day when he did show up..he just wasnt experienced for the job he left all the mold wood and floors in bathroom he did not remove anything the way he was told to by mold company so he spread the black mold throughout our house then became angry when told about the mistake..we were never anything but nice to him ..we have everything on video and he never finished the job..there was only one delay with materials so he has lied about that because everything was supplied for him..he informed us that he didnt have the means of picking up materials a head of tome because he had no where to keep them or store them so he would have to go to the factory daily..he never showed up before 11am keft by 2 pm most days ..but the Clayton homes guy bobby was the cause of a lot of issues with this because he didnt handle the problems correctly ..if woukd just come to us and explain to us what went so wrong with this shower ..heres pictures of what we paid for and what we got Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/07/28) */ I did buy a new drill and impact driver for this job. I had left mine on another job site. So rather than drive a few hours I figured I'd bite the bullet and buy a new drill set to get started on day number one. I had to pick up supplies where the home was manufactured, which is why I went there each day to gather their supplies. I drove over an hour each day to the customers home. I was told to do one thing while the customer was told I would do something different. There were several breakdowns in communication. So much so that I had to let the dealer know that we had to communicate better or I couldn't do the job. This customer will never be satisfied. I had the retail center technicians walk the shower on my last day. They said it looked amazing. I was up there that day repairing a few minor issues the customer wanted addressed. They want us to come back because no one else will deal with them anymore either. We ended up cancelling a rather big flooring job just so we don't have to deal with this customer anymore. On the day we came and looked at the job with the guys from Clayton's, we had to ask the customer to quit cussing or we were leaving. Worst customer I have ever had. Contractors beware!
