  On June 2022, ******* ***** also known as ****** was hired to transport after receiving referral from *** **** living at same address. He arrived in New York at my address to compete job but had me stop at ******* ****** to sign papers first before retrieving dogs. When he came to my house, to do the job, he spoke to ***, she said last month she wasn't ready. After I had paid him in full and after we all agreed verbally he would do service on said date. I was out of transport money as I asked for a refund he refused. *** had also blocked me and kept my money for separate transaction done I. Good faith. I asked for a copy of the invoice he refused, which makes me believe he had *** fraudulently sign she received the dogs when she did not. They were with me in New York. He did the same thing to a breeder in upstate New York keeping her money and not showing up and no puppy delivery as I come to find out. He also wanted to buy the land I purchased from *** in TN for 2500 and I refused he got angry, saying I won't get much for it and he's the best deal I could get. I said I didn't trust him after our ordeal, kept throwing out there I had a deadline to make my decision. But it was final I wasn't selling to him my land, conviently located next to *** land. I believe they are working together to swindle money from people taking money then blocking plp. I would like my 1400 dollars I paid him back.

  Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/12) */ My name is ******* ***** with Valhalla pet transport. I was contacted for a transport of 9/10 chows for ******* ******* back in may. She was referred to contact me through ******** ***** I speak with ******* about her situation and the hardship she was dealing with. Out of kindness I offered her do this for her at 50% of the cost which was just the amount to go to her home of 1400 from NY to TN. How my services work the deposit pays for my time and miles of going to the home. When I arrived to meet ******* in NY, we had to meet at the ******* ****** store bc the home she resided in is with her mother who put a restraining order against ******* is to why I could not meet her at the home where the chows where contained. None of which was not an issue. When I did arrive to the residents I learned that while ******* was in TN she was needing to have kennels and things set up for her dogs. I learned that when I got to the home that none of which was done as well as all the dogs where running unconfined in *******'s downstairs apartment. I asked for the health certificate that I speak with ******* about that is needed to travel dogs across the state lines. All in which there was no health cert and all of the dogs kennels where in the back of her dads truck at the home in NY. I spoke with her father and let him know that I can not take the dogs from this situation to another situation that was not set up for the dogs well being and I can not do this without a health cert. I met ******* around the corner where she and I went back to the ******* ******. I express where we stood as far as services. The deposit of the 1400 pays for me to come to the home and the part I was doing for free of taking the dogs to TN was not charged as well as that part of the job could not be done. ******* said she under stands as well as I expressed to her my apologies of her hardship and we spoke about arranging another schedule of pickup and that I would cost her for that service as well. On that day she and I were on the same page in agreement. When time came and passed *** contacted me about another transport and I let her know the cost of that run as well as told here again I needed a health cert before pickup bc on the last time of working for her there was an unhealthy chow that passed **** of mange. ******* became irate and began to down talk me, called ******** and told her she wished she die of her illness. For some time we all tried to mediate this situation but ******* has done a lot of foul actions. ******* since this time has harnessed ******** and I as well as created lies and rumors that have come to our households of her stating that the child she is pregnant with could be mine or ****'s who's ********* husband. I personal would love a soon close to the matter Thank you for your time *******
