First of all I don't understand how this venue is not in the data base.
When I went to their show Soul of Motown, they informed me my tickets were " fraudulent",that the tickets I purchased were for another venue on Wears Valley Road.
They handed me a paper that said they were in ligation with the other venue and that the credit card company would give me my money back because " I purchased something I hadn't intended to purchase". My friend that I took to the show is blind and I just bought tickets to their show to make everything easier for my friend.
Long story, I think this theater instead of directing me to the correct show, she disparaged it, said it wasn't good, and was located near a Dollar Tree.
I will never go to Pigeon Forge again, though I live in the area. I will make it my life's work to steer people away from this theater and Vacationsmadeeasy which is horrible as well.

The paper you were handed was a suggested path of how you may obtain your purchase money back if you chose to pursue that path and had indeed intended to buy our show and not theirs. To clarify, our company has indeed pursued legal paths or “litigation” against the VME company for their deceptive advertising and continues to do so as many guests have fallen victim to click bait advertisements. This n the letter you were handed, it was suggested that you file a complaint against VME as we are not responsible for the purchase you made in any way, instead you have posted a complaint against our business. Our customer service goal is to notify you of the problem with your purchase and direct you to the correct venue and company, in which we did. We hope your issue was resolved with that company and that you were able to experience some enjoyment on your trip to the area. The problematic advertising by Vacations Made Easy and the Steven Best Theater do not reflect the mission statement of our company nor the city of Pigeon Forge.
