I purchased a 2007 jeep ********* back in ********* cash $***** used purchase car had big issues like no working rusted seat belts leaks water damage ect. I called them i told them as soon as I they it so i took video and fimled it and sent pictures and reported them to dept of consumer affairs and commissions in November through December have them replace seatbelts ect in February they offered to do so and my vehicle needed towed they offered that and towed my vehicle never told me I had to lay for services I have text to prove conversations about picking it up and doing repairs they did so now won't release me my vehicle it's been 3 months they say I have to pay $*** for the tow which was never discussed nor did I agree in that I actually told them my insurance would tow it for me bit I could not afford the fee from them whick was $*** so I told them I had no money ****** it and they said not to worry and would have a truck at my house in a few days never discussed payment I would have not agreed on the tow so now they are refusing to give me my car all they did qas apace the seat belts there is engine problems they are denying it had to be towed due to it shakes and stalls with out warning and car floods when it rains which I have video I have turned into the Tennessee commission so is why they bare upset because I reported them and the issues with the car they deny so they are retaliating .I also called the police station which couldn't help me but no where was there any agreement that i was to pay for the tow they told me no $*** no car and hung up I told the guy I have text back and forth from ***** never once told me i had to pay for the tow I had no idea I would have never agreed to the tow have been calling and they hang up they won't deal with me they tell.me do I expect free service however the service only happened because I reported them and it was agreed in a email they would fix all issues and never once said I had to pay especially for the towBusiness response

Consumer Response /* (*******************) */ I would like to inform you I paid the fee for the $*** owed and the dealership agreed to send me an email for payment and return my vehicle Monday if so I will close this case .Thank you
