  Called Hall Air Conditioning Sept 1 2023 ac not cooling at 4;15 open till 5 pm lady said can make appointment for tuesday the 5th holiday weekend or time 1/2 after 5 They are open 8 to 5 guy was here 30 minutes temperature over 100 each day senior with two senior dogs couldn't wait Service guy called 5PM on his way ac froze up he turned on heater to help unfreeze said would order part told me to just turn off awhile and it would unfreeze when it did it again Called tuesday to see how much part would be lady said did not order "still working isn't it ?" yes said couldn't give price on part until ordered I thought if it was going to be a lot of money might be time for new unit asked how much that would be No questions on size of house she Said"10K" Felt like she didn't really want my business or cared AC Froze again out later same day called different company told them about it they came and checked $100 then ordered parts fixed sept 7th Just feel like I was treated badly

  We are so sorry to hear about the bad experience you had with our company and is not our typical way of doing business by any means. Our standard hours are 8am - 5pm Monday -Friday, however in the peak season we will get booked up in the morning that day due to the high volume of calls coming in. We cannot take same days calls all the way up to 5pm or the guys would be working nonstop with the extreme temperatures. We normally have a cap of the calls for the day and once that is reached anything scheduled after that can receive same day service, but it is considered an afterhours call and is billed at time and a half. Unfortunately, when a system is frozen, we have to thaw it out before we can diagnose it and can take hours to thaw out. We don't give any pricing over the phone as each quote is custom and can vary in price, the office may have given a ballpark and if so, I apologize for that because that is not our policy either. I'm not sure where the ball got dropped or whether there was just some miscommunication, but I accept responsibility for it not getting handled efficiently. We would love to earn your business and trust back and I am willing to do whatever it takes to do so.
