I called yesterday a place called Wyatt electrical company and the made an appointment with me and then said they will work with me to pay then it out 3 months of what they was going to change me the said they was going to be here today between 9am to 11am nothing no one showed up the guy called and gold me that he was not going to make it so I called the company back n talked to a lady named Trina and she told me that he can't do the job cuz it was more then what he ecspected but he didn't even show up to know what it was and all he knew was my address so I don't understand its false information they said 89$ a hours but did come look at the job n told me lies very rudeBusiness response

Our office received a call from the customer stating that some power was out in their house . They asked what the charges would be to make the repairs. The office staff explained that the hourly rate is $89 but it could take more than 1 hour. The customer explained that they had no money and would have to pay out the bill over several months. The customer had a very hard time hearing over the phone but was told that we would see if we could help them out and would have someone look at the situation. The tech was told to call the shop if it looked like the repairs involved several hours work. Upon arriving the tech called me and stated that observing the house from the street, it seemed to be in very, very, bad condition and appeared to be in borderline condemned condition. Company policy is anytime a tech works on any portion of a house that is in this condition a complete inspection of the house must be completed. I called the customer, apologized, and told her that we thought we could do a service call with a 3 month pay out to help her but this situation was not going to work out. I assured her there would be absolutely no charges made for the trip we made. After she filed the complaint I called her and offered to come over and just take a closer look at the problem which she agreed to. A few hours later a gentlemen with the same phone number called and identified himself as a relative. He informed me that a cousin was going to repair the problem and I would not need to look at the house. I would like to reiterate that we were only trying to help someone with no resources and at no time were they told they owed any money. THEY WERE TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES THAT THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGES FOR THE TRIP WE MADE.
