PEX lines were not installed properly on 12/06/2023. Water Heater line came loose when water was turned on and flooded the bathroom floor. Employee fixed it. He said he was finished and when I checked in the bathroom, I noticed that my door where the water heater wouldn't shut. I looked and the water heater was not put back in the original spot. I asked him if he would move it so I could close the door and he said he wasn't going to that it should be okay. I told him not it wasn't and said I would call the owner ****** and he said no don't do that because he would be reprimanded. I called ad talked to ****** and she sent 2 other employees out the next day to move the water heater inspect all the work that was completed the day before to make sure everything was okay and there wouldn't be any future leaks. I also asked her about concerns with my bathroom floor possible warping or buckling and wanted to know if she would fix it. She said she would think about it. She NEVER offered to make it right. On February 14th I discovered that I had a leak under my house. I called Key City again and talked to ****** and she scheduled for someone to come by the next day February to check it. I was really concerned that she didn't send someone the same day I called. So, I called Wayne Sims Plumbing, and he came by that day and found 2 leaks that he repaired. I called Key City back and cancelled the appointment. The next day I called key City back and talked to ******. I asked if she would send one of her employees to check the rest of my fittings to make sure I wouldn't have any more leaks. She said she would think about it and get back with me. I am still waiting for her call. During all my conversations with her NOT once did she offer to make it right or even to discuss it and came up with something that worked for both of us!Business response
