      On January 10, 2024 I ordered 2 mobile wheelchair batteries online from the Batteries Plus located in *******, **. When I arrived on the 01/11/2024 to pickup my order the person; who said he was the manager was rude and nasty to me. So, I asked him to cancel my order and he got more nasty. I left your store and contacted their customer service line. The young lady I spoke with was unconcern with my problem, so I requested to speak to a supervisor and she told me no supervisor was available she would have someone call me back within 24 hours. Its now 11/24/2024 and I havent received my refund nor a call from anyone concerning my refund.

      Im sorry you feel this way but our interaction only lasted around 20 seconds.

      For online orders, it states that the customer needs to provide ID and the credit card they paid with, to be verified to pick up the order. 

      You were 5 seconds away from getting your batteries. And when you asked for a refund, you didnt want to provide your card either, as we do not save information for security purposes.

      I was more than patient with you, our policies are in place for both of our protection and you did not want to comply. This is why corporate wasnt able to help you either.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I havent received a refund from this company. Again I chose not to do business with someone who is rude and nasty to me. It doesnt take minutes or hours to be rude and nasty to someone. I had no problem with the company policy, but the attitude of the person serving me

      Okay, im happy to give you a refund. But as I explained before, you will have to come in to the store and provide your card. We cannot take cards over the phone. I will be here Tuesday through Saturday 8-5.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I would like to have a check  mailed to me. I  dont want to have to drive up the store again and deal with the nonsense.
