I purchased my macbook from this seller on December 6, 2022. It worked for a few months and then had an issue where it was unusable. I contacted the seller and they told me it was outside of the return window and to contact Apple in order to receive a repair. I did, Apple fixed it, and the computer was returned to me with a remote access lock. Apple said there was nothing they could do because it was placed on the computer by the company that sold it to me. I contacted the seller many times and they would never reply to my messages with anything other than a generic this item is outside the return window, contact Apple for repairs. I contacted ****** support many times and they send the seller messages to which I get the same reply. I purchased a fully functional 2019 Macbook Pro for $1,000.10 and now cannot use it at all. It was previously owned by an ****** employee and has a lock that cannot be bypassed without logging in as the ****** employee. ****** cannot remove the lock nor can Apple. What they are doing is criminal. They are selling stolen or locked items and leaving the buyer with no way to contact them to remove the lock. They have no phone number or email, no way to get in touch with them but through Amazon chat, to which they dont reply.Initial Complaint

The seller sold me a computer on 07/20/2022 that was originally owned by the ****************************, rendering it unusable. I was not aware of this until on 10/5/23 a message appeared on the screen saying this computer was owned by a charter school and I was unable to have access to the computer since then. Despite its apparent issues and potential theft history, the seller refused to ***** a refund due to the expiration of the 90-day return period. Here's a breakdown of how events unfolded:1) When I first raised the issue that the computer was registered to a charter school, the seller advised me to perform a factory reset. After following their instructions, the initial message I received still indicated that the computer belonged to the charter school, and I remained unable to use it.2) In my frustration, I requested to return the computer, but the seller declined my request.3) Seeking a resolution, I contacted the manufacturer, Apple. However, Apple informed me that they couldn't bypass the configurations set by the **************************** and file a claim with Amazon as there was nothing they could do.4) I relayed this information to the seller, expressing my concerns about potentially possessing a stolen computer and my inability to use it. Despite this, the seller persisted in refusing a refund due to the expired 90-day period.5) Faced with a seemingly stolen computer and being locked out of it, I had no choice but to contact Amazon directly to file a claim.6) Amazon informed me I could not file a claim because it has been more than 30 days since purchasing the computer.8) I attempted to file a claim with my credit card but was unable to because the 180-day period to file a claim had expired.I would have never bought the computer if I knew it was owned by a charter school in *******. The seller does not want to take any responsibility for selling computers owned by other organizations and does not want to refund me the $1,176.99.Initial Complaint

On 11/24/22 I purchased a 15 in ************************* laptop from Always Less Than Apple LLC. This seller offered this product through ******. I received a shipping confirmation from the seller that the Laptop had shipped. After the estimated shipping date arrived, I contacted my local fed ex and was told the item was never shippe by the seller. It is my belief that the seller offered more products than they had in stock. The seller offered a refund, and said I could re attempt the purchase of the laptop on 12/5. This is totally unfair considering the price I was purchasing the Laptop at was substantially less due to black friday. If the seller did not have the item I could have taken my money elsewhere. I simply want the item that was advertised for the price it was advertised for at the time of purchase. I'm not interested in bait and switch tactics. If the seller can't offer the product that was advertised, they should offer a product comparable in value. This would mean equal specifications and or dimensions.
