Ridiculous, they are in bed with the shipping company. How does it cost me $30 to Ship a $30 coin... BS

Went in today with two invoices.One from last week, one from last night.They told me the items from last week were gone. I was 4 days late according to the official paper work, so on that I was wrong, but When I had to leave town unexpectedly reaching out to them was not my #1 priority. My loss, but most companies have a bit of compassion and wouldnt immediately sell something so quickly. (This is a fairly predatorial move to double their $)After looking at the other reviews, Im glad my purchases with this company have been small because the lady who runs the place is very toxic and has ZERO leniency.And now Im sure I am blocked because that is apparently her move!!! ??

Poor description of items for sale. Items shipped without any packing material and arrived broken. Items not shipped on time and were forfeited per their rules . This is a place I will never do business with again. Do yourself a favor and use a different auction house.

I tired to avoid negative reviews and gave this company the time to at least apologize or correct mistakes. The process lacks the minimum level of professionalism and need relevant people handling the consignment need to learn how to do better job in dealing with consigners. I was not happy with consignment process and was professional in communicating my feedback but was surprised with how auctioneer took it too personal and replied on personal level with words that you do not see in business. Moreover, as retaliation to my feedback I guess, my payment for the last part of consignment was kept for months despite my many personal visits and many emails with no reply and any kind of respect. I did finally get my final payment. One of the items I consigned was kept and excluded from auction as per my request but until now the auctioneer decided to ignore my repeated requests to have it back. Now 5 months passed and still trying to get it back with no success, no minimum level of courtesy or respect. This company need to have the right competent people to do better job. I tried and asked many times to connect me with the owner of the ultimate responsible person with no success. I will have the file a claim against the ******************** and ************* to hopefully get the value of my kept item.

This auction company is the most unprofessional /shady auction company I’ve ever dealt with… they hide that items are damaged or broken. They change terms after you've bid . The female staffer Zoey is one of the rudest and unprofessional person ive ever encountered and should not be working with the public !!! If you make a complaint they will block you from bidding ever again …. which was fine, because I wouldn’t ever bidding on anything from their company again. Buyer Beware !!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bid on auction won auction on Thursday & because I didn't pick it up on Saturday 2days later they put it back online to Re-Sell. My bad for Not checking there rules but I had bought & sold from them many times. They said If I was nicer on the phone they would have given it to me. Tell me who wouldn't be upset that someone stole from you. I told them that was shady & I posted on ******** about what happen. One of the employees I'm pretty sure it's the owner/auctioneer her name is ****** started trying to give me life lessons about being nice( real professional Right). It blows me away I find it hard to believe anyone would want to do business this way. Then she comes back & post that my Hibid score is really low ( which I have no idea that's a thing And only Auctioneer s can get this info) and I must have done this before. No I have only worked with this auction house. Bottom line, I feel like I was scammed & I told them that. Then they got **************** Condescending, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will say I have dealt with them multiple times with no issues, so it tells me that it's only a matter of time that they mess other people over. Clearly they can't take criticism well. Oh and one other thing Not ONE TIME did I get an email or call from them. So, bottom line is beware it's not worth chancing your money. They also have more than one & have complaints on both about their rude behavior! It takes a lot to leave a complaint on this site, I have never left one on the BBB but this is unexceptionable behavior.

Per ************** In my opinion, this was the worst experience I've ever had with a business. The owner was rude, threatening, insulting, unprofessional, disappointing, dishonest and just downright MEAN! Zoey ******* had me distraught and in tears. The contract you sign totally protects the company leaving the customer absolutely no rights at all if you feel you are being MISREPRESENTED. If you attempt to change or alter anything after-the-fact, they threaten to **** Everything they do is at "their discretion" including how long they leave the online sight up and available to the public. I was shocked when I found out buyers were charged an additional "18% Premium" for their purchase! In addition to the 35% they charged me, this experience was a total rip off! Most everything in my home went for "pennies on the dollar". I would have done much better with a garage sale! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SERVICES. Here additional compliant from me. I had everything in boxes in garage from the attic and storage room they didn't even go through some boxes and didn't pull out ALL my possessions and my deceased moms possessions and just lot the boxes with a # and the boxes there are things in the boxes that needed to be bidded separately. Nice things that could have brought them money and me money I asked about a reserve amount on large items like furniture, refrigerator, paddle boat, Brahmin purses, fur coats. I was told in the contract not in the contract I signed cause I didn't know what a reserve was until my cousin asked then I asked and I was blasted in the contract. After how they left my garage and house stage I am humiliated and embraced for anyone. **** I knew when she came out here in ******** she was not happy with the distance. When I have concerns or a compliant how this is working she threatens me with an attorney. My **************** are looking at the auction how is was set up and how the bidding works. Per ************** have been treated WORSE.

Zoey ************* should not have an auctioneers license. This company is very unprofessional, they send out threatening emails immediately after you win an auction with unrealistic pick up times that are not listed until after the auction. If you try to reschedule pick up they won't respond until you post a complaint, then they say you have to pick up at that time or they will charge you $100 disposal fee.
