The owner ***** was absolutely amazing! I called his office with an emergency plumbing problem and was very communicative and got a plumber in the next day. *****, our plumber was just as amazing! He was detailed, kind, and knowledgeable. The customer service with this company was outstanding! My mother was the one at the home that flooded and ***** was patient and understanding with her. Thank you so much Auger Plumbing! Highly recommend!

This is the second time **** has one out and again immaculate and professional service. My water restoration people thought I might have a toilet leak so that suggested I get a second opinion and Augerpros waived the one time fee to inspect because they had just come last week to flush the drain plug in my A/C unit. Any way, they are professional and efficient. Thank you ******* for getting me scheduled and **** and ***** for checking out my possible toilet leak. 10/10. ****** from Augerpros is awesome! We called to have them look at our main sewer line because it was backing up. They were able to show up within 20 minutes of my first call to them. He quickly found the block and cleaned it out; upon camera inspection, he found a ball of roots on the city's side of our lateral line. He told me next time we had a backup, to call the city and have them clear the line because they were responsible for that portion of the sewer line. AugerPros did a phenomenal job, this was a preventative maintenance install of a water heater. Afterwards, I turned on my water and the Flow of water was so much more in quantity than before. I am so glad this was done professionally and Im very happy.AugerPros Plumbing and Drain LLC Response
