We had HVAC services performed on our home by Southern Air. From the initial conversation to work completion, we received the highest level of professionalism, promptness, and quality work More than we could have hoped for! Southern air was prompt and scheduling our service, and they showed up on time! It seems to me in my experience, it is challenging you get someone to show up when they say they will show up. We will call Southern air for all of our HVAC needs.Review from Barbara P.

I first used Southern Air to install a new high Tech, Eco friendly thermostat. The technician was very knowledgeable about the unit. He explained how to use in terms I could understand. I called them again to check out why I wasnt getting any heat in my bathroom and closet and they discovered that when the house was built the people that installed the damper (not Southern Air) put it in backwards, so all the heat was going back into the system rather than into the bathroom. They did really good work to fix the problem and those rooms warmed up nicely. I highly recommend Southern Air for all of your HVAC needs. They are trustworthy, prompt, work very efficiently and are respectful of my time. I will use them every time I need AC work.Review from Tim K

Professional. Courteous. Prompt. Responsive.***** and the installer team gave ** confidence with every interaction. This was a big job replacing all ductwork for 2 systems and replacing one complete system and they were able to complete the work in one day. There was ZERO mess left behind and that was after taking out hundreds of feet of 40-year old ductwork; all floors were covered with drop-cloths as well. ***** followed up with a phone call the day after and scheduled a time to return in a week to ensure everything he expected was done to HIS satisfaction as well. These HVAC systems are crazy expensive these days so when you pay that much money, it feels good to be on the other side of the job with no feeling of buyer's remorse.Great job to the entire team that helped us get this done!Review from Sherry B

I received quotes from several companies. I selected Southern Air based on a quality product and the financing I was looking for. Comfort care specialist was extremely knowledgeable. I am a repeat customer with ********************** Air. The first time I used them was in 2006 whenever I replaced my outdoor unit. I had to call them one time in 2016 to replace the capacitor and it was covered under the warranty. I just replaced the indoor and outdoor units after 18 years. My experience from the salesman to the crew that did the install was wonderful. They showed up when they said they would. Did the job, explained everything, cleaned up after themselves and were just overall friendly. I got a follow up call from the salesman the day after the install to make sure everything went well and see if I had any further questions.
