Purchased 4 bags fresh kisses medium size. Petco ***** Curbside. Product has tears. Petco wouldn't return or exchange. Said Merrick is Bad Company. Paid almost $30. I have four poodles. I want my money back or coupons for fresh product. Also do not give this company my email customer service is extremely rude and sound like used car salesman and have been very obnoxious.Business response

I am very sorry you did not have a good experience with our company. We do have 100% guarantee on all our products. I have located this case and have had the opportunity to review it. According to the documented case we have attempted to get contact information (name and address of pet parent) and which Petco in **** the treat was purchased, but it has not been provided. This information is needed to send a refund check, and to be able to contact the store the treats were purchased at to determine the full price paid for the treats since the you no longer have the treats or a receipt.
