      I purchased a fishing product from them and they charged me a buyers club amount of 19.99 on top of that! Every month since then they keep with drawing 19.99 from my bank account! I have tried Multiple times to call and no answer, or voice mail is full ! I have also sent emails to stop payments with No response! Please Help!

The customer did sign up willingly for our membership and the only communication we got was when he called our company CPA, he was responded to the same day. He also went on to write extensive messages about how we should run our company and slander us on Facebook. We are more than willing to provide all digital logs and messages to show this. I never received a response or slandered them on Facebook! I call their phone# or web site directly! Never on Facebook other than to place the order!!       I bought a product from CSD fishing company on 4/16/22 and signed up for the buyers club for a free 7 day trial. I emailed their address on 4/23/22 to cancel my membership per fine print. I have been billed 19.99 4/23/22, 5/23/22, 6/23/22 and now 7/23/22. I have called the phone number X-XXX-XXX-XXXX numerous times. Unable to leave voicemail each time except for once. At that time I left a voicemail and have not received a call back regarding my cancellation and refund for the last 4 months. I have sent emails in May and June with no reply. This company is horrible and very poor customer service.

However, we believe that the customer did send them. We have made sure the membership has been cancelled and a refund for the last payment received has been sent to customer. I was refunded for the last month of payment, however, I cancelled in April 2022 and was charged for April, May and June still. Please refund the additional 3 months NOT just July 2022.       Dec 2021 I purchased some fishing lures. Was supposed to receive approximately 4-6 weeks. I emailed the company numerous times and was never provided tracking information, was simply told my items were shipped and shipping was slow. It's been 8 months since my purchase and still never received my items.

The system we use is completely automated, furthermore before an order is placed , the advisory states 4 -12 week leads times are normal. We are actually way ahead of that in this case.       I ordered some lures from this company around February 22nd, 2022. I never received the items. Order #4694 was charged, the only information I can get was that it was fulfilled. No way to contact fraudulent business. Want my money back and this company to cease to exist.

We have very little influence on the time it takes to ship from and receive orders. We are not a direct shipper which is explained and was reexplained to customer both during checkout and follow on emails.

      I purchased a fishing lure on 2/7/2022 from CSD Fishing Company, LLC, order/receipt #XXXX-XXXX. My credit card was charged $13.94 on 2/7/2022. On 2/14/2022 another charge appeared on my credit card for $15.00 for subscription to a Buyers Club, which I did not sign nor approve. On 3/14/2022 another charged appeared on my credit card for $15.00 for the Buyers Club. I did not authorize continuing payment of $15.00 for the Buyers Club. Also, to date (3/14/2022), I have not received the lure which was purchased on 2/7/2022. On CSD's Facebook page, there was another complaint about unauthorized use of their credit card. There is no place to cancel this Buyers Club, nor does anyone respond to complaints. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/29) */ The customer did in fact authorize the charges for the Buyers Club, we have the digital logs to show exactly that. Also, an email was sent out the same day they signed up explaining what they signed up for and how to cancel. The customer was also given a free 7-day trial for the Buyers Club. As for the product not arriving, we have no way to prove the customer did receive the product, so our policy is to issue a refund which was sent to the customer on 3/29/2022. All of our transactions are through Stripe and we adhere to their strict rules and regulations. Consumer Response /* (2000, 8, 2022/03/31) */ This complaint has been resolved. I received a refund from the company. Thank you for your assistance.
