I rented a swimming suit from a company called TMariee Suits. I found her information on Instagram and then went to her website to purchase the rental. The first suit was too small so she sent me another suit. I signed the agreement that the suits will be back by October 2nd or there is a $25. 00 late fee (per day). I sent the suit back to the address on the business card that was sent in the box with the first suit. It was delivered to the PO Box on the 2nd. I have the tracking number. This is what I received as a confirmation email for my purchase. I didn't receive an actual receipt from the company. I paid $212.00 on August 11, 2021 to rent the suit. 1. ***** didn't receive the suits because they are sitting in Nebraska at the PO Box that is on her website and on the business card so she is charging me an additional $620. 2. I gave her all the information that was given to me and she laughs and here are her responses about giving me the money back. She first tells me that card is old and hasn't been used in 5 years. NEVER DOES SHE SAY ANYTHING ABOUT CHARGING ME. 3. I tried to call the Post Office and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I tell ***** that I can't get ahold of anyone and my local Post Office said someone will have to go to that location and pick the package up. I ask ***** to call and see if she can get a hold of them since she used to live there. I didn't hear anything back from *****. 4. I send her a screenshot of the website with her address and she then says "LOL, that's an old site". All the screenshots are provided in the document attached. I have never rented from this company before and she is saying it's my fault that I ended up with an old card.Business response

This dispute went all the way to arbitration and my company was found within its legal right. See attached court documents. The customer refused a return label and excepted responsibility to return the suit. She sent the suit back to the wrong address, in another state.
