On January 14th 2023 I called the emergency number for my heat to be fixed. It is now January 24th 2023. I still have no heat, it is currently 42 degrees outside and will drop down to 37 tonight. I have not been able to get through to talk to **** in corporate. I have to keep calling the front office because Im positive they keep forgetting about me. I pay an extra 15 dollars a month for maintenance but yet they havent fixed my heat.

      Hello,

************************** called on January 14, 2023 at 4:08 am, did not leave her name, phone number or apartment number. In my computer which is in the office we can see the whole information but not on the emergency calls, the system calls my number but I only hear the message and I can call back their number but does not gives me the number. I called back right away and did not answer. Left her a message saying she did not specify apartment number or name. She called back the emergency line at 4:13 am, she said her heater was not shutting down that her apartment was too hot, I told her to shut it from the breaker box and I would see if I could find a maintenance from another location. My maintenance quit and we are currently taking applications and interviewing, we have a temp but he does know a lot of AC or heaters. On Sunday I had to call the system so they could put me through with her, I told her I was still looking for someone and I did find one but he was going to be around the area around 8pm, she was ok with it; maintenance came in before 7pm, I have the text message on my phone which I can't sent to you because my attachments reached the maximum but on the message I gave him the codes of my office since he was in the parking lot. He called me saying it was a relay but was not too sure since he couldn't trouble shoot it and left her our portable heater. My temp order a part (a connector) it is on back order, but my Regional Manager reach out to a company which came in this morning, the part we need is the panel control, they have order it and they will let us know when they receive it. On my attachments are the call logs I can't send the recordings but I have them, the temperature for the month and the receipt of the vendor who check the heater. If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to reach out to me by email or phone.

      Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
It is January 30th and it is 28 degrees outside and my heat is still not fixed. I did receive a small heater from the front office but that does not help much to keep me warm in this weather.
      Regards,

Miss ***** received 2 heaters, the part needed for her heater was on back order. We hired a vendor since they can get parts faster than we can, they came in on January 25th, they order the part and they received it on Thursday 2th and came in the same day. her heater was fixed on February 2th 2023.
