      I was provided and estimate based of sight unseen repair. When it came to completion of repair the estimate was not adjusted based of work provided. I was given the quote for an amount to replace my front door frame. However I only had to have 1 panel on the frame replaced not the entire frame. Repair was done in under an hour and they refused to adjust the amount although the quote was for more work that was not done or needed. Also was not provided an itemized summary and/or receipt but I did request it.

      We take customer feedback seriously and have thoroughly reviewed the call recording related to your service.During our conversation, you were quoted $627.78 for the repair work, with an additional estimated cost of approximately $100 for materials. When you inquired if this was for repair or replacement, we confirmed that it was for the repair. You further asked what the repair would involve, and we explained that it would include cutting out the damaged area, splicing in new wood, applying bondo, and painting. After this explanation, you inquired about our availability. We understand there was some misunderstanding regarding the material cost. As a gesture of goodwill, we extended a courtesy discount, clarifying that the material cost was estimated to be around $100, not a fixed amount. Given that the work quoted was completed as discussed, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer a refund on your invoice.
      We value your business and hope this clarifies any confusion.

      I am rejecting this response because: This information provided is false. I asked for replacement of my door frame sight onseen and that was not what work was done. No invoice or receipt was supplied and you only lowered the material cost because you up charged me $50 dollars when I disputed the amount of the repair work and material with what this company said it was compared to what the repair man said.

      Unfortunately your recollection of the mater is not correct. You are more than welcome to come to our office and listen to the recording. You were told step by step of the repair that would be made for the price given, You will not be refunded for work that was completed to your home.

      On October 3, 2023 at about 9:00pm I was in my apartment with friends and family when my son came running in the house saying a huge van just almost ran him and his cousin over. Upon hearing this I ran to my back door only to be greeted by the North ******************************** with their guns drawn saying get back inside. About 45 minutes later we were allowed to come on our back porches to see what was going on. This is when I saw that my vehicle and my neighbor's vehicle had been crashed into by the company van by the name of Mr. *********************** The police then told me to come down stairs and told me that the driver had hit my car and was running on foot form the police. This was devastating and horrific to see my car like this. So the police gave me a report number and said to contact the insurance companies. Me and my neighbor called Mr. ********************** the next morning to let them know about the accident. They told us they would call us back. Around 20 minutes later they called us back and said they were not liable because the company van had been stolen. I then called my insurance company and they said that I had coverage to fix my vehicle but I didn't have renters. My car has been in shop for about 3 weeks and I have had to have a rental car that I can not afford. I am currently not employed and I have to get my 10 year old granddaughter back and forth to school. I am emotionally drained with this situation. I am not able to continue to pay for this rental car for an accident that was no fault of my own. While Mr. ********************** says they're not responsible they could at least pay for my rental car due to the fact that it was their van that hit my car. I'm not asking to fix my car but I am asking that you have some compassion for my situation. To just say it's my problem isn't fair to me and I don't have an income to continue paying for a rental car. I am so upset about this whole situation.

We understand that the circumstances surrounding the stolen Mr. ********************** van, which collided with your vehicle, have led to considerable hardship.


      It is disheartening to learn about the difficulties you are currently experiencing, especially with the need for a rental car and the absence of renters' insurance coverage. We genuinely regret any inconveniences this situation has caused you and your family.


      However, after careful consideration, we must inform you that due to the unforeseen and criminal nature of the incident involving the theft of our company vehicle, we are unable to provide compensation for the rental car expenses at this time. We understand that this may not be the answer you were hoping for, and we genuinely wish we could offer a different resolution.

      On Sept 7, 2023, I hired Mr. ********************** to hang a ** stand, metal magnet holder, mirror, and several pictures. Because I was on work conference calls, I was unable to actively monitor his progress but notified him that he could interrupt me if he had any questions. He completed the work without asking any questions and required an unexpected ~45 minute extension to travel to ********** for supplies (I had all of the necessary mounting hardware on hand). I asked if there was an additional charge for credit card payment and he said there was not, so I paid by credit card. Upon further review, the quality of the work is unacceptable. The ** is mounted so high on the wall that I need a (dangling) extension cord to plug it in. Apparently, he messed up the ** mounting the first time and did a horrible job repairing the wall. I believe the supplies purchased at ********** were to attempt to fix the wall damage resulting an additional $47.55 materials charge. The hung mirror is visibly uneven. The magnet holder is not mounted at the requested location (he explained why) but did not consult me on the alternative location selected. It is also bowed out and the screws are not flush to the wall. He used his own yellow screws to mount the magnet holder vs. the screws and anchors that came with it. I was also charged $15.49 for a credit card processing fee. I hired this company expecting to get professional, high quality results and am requesting that this situation is properly rectified.I did sign the invoice accepting the quality of the work but was not able to adequately assess at that time due to being on work conference calls. I am requesting a $15.49 refund for use of the credit card, $47.55 refund for materials, a refund of cost for the 45 minute trip to ********** and a qualified repairman to fix the wall damage. I live in an apartment and will likely lose a portion of my security deposit due to this damage.
