I placed an online order on July 6th for three belt buckles for a total of $331 and some change. I completed the transaction online and was charged twice on the exact same day for the exact same amount from their company. I have been in contact with them via email and phone ever since then to get my refund for the duplicate charge. They still have not refunded my money for the duplicate charge and have also stopped responding to me emails or reaching out to me. $331 was charged twice but I only received the product for one charge, not two. I would like to get my money back but don't know what to do at this point as they aren't willing to work with me anymore.
