Seniors home health contacted me to set up services in November 2022, they said they wanted to get me help as soon as possible. They informed me that they may not be able to find someone to come out and help me, but they still accepted the job. They asked if I had a neighbor, Friend, or family member that could help me do the work that they were supposed to do. They contacted family members that I did not authorize. Then they had a neighbor come out and start working and informed me that senior home health they was going to process all the necessary paperwork in order for her to get paid by my insurance. After a week of her working, they informed me that they had not had an approval for her to start working and refused to pay her. I had to pay my Neighbor out-of-pocket instead of my insurance paying her as it had been initially discussed with *****, the manager or owner of the company. I was notified by *******, my case worker that I needed to be reimbursed by seniors home health. I was approved by my insurance for services starting on 12/9, the day my neighbor started work.Business response

On 12/02/2022 the Agency was contacted by *******, Case Manager with ***** referral of *******************************, regarding providing her with care giving services. Unfortunately, after the assessment and verification of patient eligibility she was found to be denied by her insurance based on her Doctor's report. Then ***** requested for urgent service and she suggested her neighbor *************************** can assist her pending her approval process without contract with the Agency or completion of an application to perform the responsibilities unknowingly. *****, has misinformed BBB and stated false information. However, the agency has since then paid her the money she requested without proof of ****** performing any work or assisting her as stated.Customer response

************************************ has stated multiple false accusations from multiple people. He did reimburse me, which is fine. But I think others should be aware of his misleading business practices. He has also started harassing me, sending me text messages and calling me names. I think the public should made aware of this company for unethical reasons.
