Lying, cheating dishonest company! Promised 3 yr service, IN WRITING, and failed to make product work, now sending me to Brinks (after 17 months) for service which extorted additional $7.99 per month for service to fix a product that never worked! Even after paying, *************** person NO SHOWED TWICE! Nobody answers, emails keep saying contact ******. Double failures, lies and cheats.

If you hire true protection, please be aware they will not be on time. Its not even that they wont be on time, the support staff - specifically ***** who is the only person Ive ever been able to get to answer, is grossly incompetent and will flat out lie to you. He has told me arrival time between noon to 1pm, only to later say when I called to find out what is going on when no one had arrived or reached out by 115pm that the arrival time is actually by 2pm.By the way, that arrival time doesnt matter at all, they arent going to be on time. I have several properties that Ive used them to install security at and not once are they on time. In addition to them not being on time, they will also not be done within the time frame you were given to complete the job. Its important to note, this is not the techs fault; Its the support staff in the office that consistently underestimate consistently timing needs and more specifically, its always Chriss fault - hes the only in office support I have been able to reach, he has been doing this for years and he is as incompetent as ever.Not once when I have had them scheduled for installation or service despite how much time I spent fully informing of the installation components requested or the service will the tech that is sent out have all the information, and sometimes they wont have any of ********** have to repeat it all. Its important to note, this is not the techs fault at all, its ****** fault as he takes all the calls & fails to share information or plan ahead. Hes incompetent.Oh to top it off, if you try to provide feedback because youve finally really reached the end of the complete BS this company has pulled by way of *********************** incompetence, be prepared that this company doesnt care at all. Not only do they not receive feedback for improvement (so they do not seek to improve at all) but ***** will actually hang up on you.

I moved into a house that already had true protection and decided it would be easier to just hook up service instead of getting a brand new service. Ive been told on multiple occasions that a tech would come out to install my system. Not once did I ever receive a call nor a confirmation. I took off of work to be here when a tech arrived come to find out the first time the tech called in sick and nobody was notified, so here I am waiting and waiting until I took it upon myself to call. Then the guy I spoke with rescheduled and said that he was sure a tech would be out, nope no one ever showed I waited for 3 hours and never received a call nor message stating somebody was coming. Ended up calling and spoke to a receptionist and she sounded like she had no idea what the h*** was going on in the company. Called the next business day to cancel everything and got hung up on. This is how a company runs?? Absolutely ridiculous

My relationship with True Protection started off ***** when the installer did a very sloppy job put holes in my walls installing my cameras and a key pad and leaving a mess in and around my home. After that I had trouble with the monitoring company and being connected to them. Fastward a year and having my alarm go off in the middle of the night, I was never contacted by the monitoring company. I've had 3 appointments to have True Protection check out my alarm system, two that I took time off from work. No one showed for the first two appointments and the tech called for the third saying he had an emergency and could not make it to my home. It's been two days and I've not heard from them and messages left have not been answered. I've tried to contact the *** of the company but now can't get anyone to answer the phone.
