On January 23, 2024 I placed an order for $76.98 of candles with priority shipping. The company made a shipping label with ***** but never actually shipped the candles. The email address and phone number provided on their support page are nonfunctional. I have filled out the "contact us" form over 5 times with zero response. I have messaged the company multiple times on Instagram with zero response.Initial Complaint

I placed an order August 22, 2023 for 13 items (candles and a trimmer) at $170.95. I've ordered from this company previously and had no issues. The order took quite a while to ship and the business communicated with me regarding the delay on September 16, 2023 saying it should ship the following Monday. I got a shipment email on September 19th but it never tracked. Says **** is awaiting the package. I reached out to Aware on September 29 via Instagram, the phone number on their website and email. No response was ever received. I've tried multiple times since, including ******** and no response. The package still tracks as **** is awaiting the package.I would either like my package or my money back. Not sure either of those will ever happen at this point and I'm at a loss on how to move forward. Order #****.
