All I can say is I wish that I would have read the reviews prior to spending the money that I did with this company!!! Trust all these negative reviews!!! The customer service is horrible if you need anything fixed. They will NOT send you what you ordered when it comes to the transitions lenses. When I called to let them know they basically acted like I didnt order the transitions that I ordered and then gaslit me into them saying I wouldnt send a video even though I said I would. All I was asking is, how would you know from a video of them if they were the polarized lenses? And she couldnt tell me. All she said is they would send the video to some specialized person that would know. Then told me that I would have to pay for them to be returned for a refund even though I never asked for a refund. I waited over 3 weeks and them putting my order on hold twice for no known reason just for them to be incorrect. Then saying that I didnt order what I wanted even though I have my invoice saying what I ordered which was transitions XTRactive polarized. And then have the invoice that came with my order that is the least expensive transition lenses. Invoice said: transitions photochromic . DO NOT I REPEAT even if you think they are cute glasses DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!! ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!

DO NOT purchase from ZEELOL if you anticipate that you may need a refund. Although the guarantee a full refund for any reason, after a SERIES of emails for over a month, a delivery receipt that they received the glasses within the allotted timeframe, I still have no refund over a month later. Their emails make you verify several times the amount of your refund, despite them having your order information. They KNOW how much the refund should be. It's a stall. Their customer "service" hours are horrible and a bot responds to your onine messaging. Horrible company to do business with and a lasting first impression.

Emailing is a waste of time. Its been a month and i have not received my glasses or a refund. I had to email them a reminder about the refund.. And they kept asking for more money. *** ordered before but this time was giving scam.

Do not purchase any items from this company. I bought two pairs of prescribed glasses, the prescription was off and the glasses on the website are total larger. I called and went online to ask for a refund. They stated I would be contacted in *********************************************************** This is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. Will be seeking legal actions for false advertising.

I ordered prescription glasses and the glasses were incorrect. I mailed back to them case & all after speaking with a rep. I picked a new cheaper frame since they were going to have to remake glasses with the correct prescription. They didnt give me credit $$ nor send me the case that I had already paid for when they sent the new frames. I tried calling & they wouldnt take my call nor is my prescription correct the 2nd time.
