      My issue is with the item quality itself and I have made no attempt to reach customer service because improvement will not come out of it. The item: SHERA STATEMENT EARRINGS- Yellowstone X ks collab in the colorway vintage gold retail $98.I was gifted these so Im writing this out of sheer displeasure in the item and not out of want for compensation. I received them 10/14/24 and instantly upon trying them on my ears began to heat up and turn red. Later on in the day a heinous smell was stemming from my hands and I could not trace the source. Smelled like I dipped my hands in a dirty coin purse. At the end of the day my ears were screaming and upon removal I even had a bit of ear crust around the point of the earrings. After I removed them I smelled the heinous odor again and I quickly realized it was from touching the earrings I was wearing for the first time. I quickly did research and found the cause of the odor was the brass material the earrings are made from. This is worse material than costume jewelry because brass undoubtedly develops an odor compound referred to as octene. Im not sure if my ears were just allergic to the plating or the brass but I cannot get past the odor as much as I could the discomfort. I will not continue to wear them but Im also undoubtedly sure that the earring post will turn your ear green/dark with continuous use as the plating wears off because that is what brass does.First and last time wearing Kendra Scott jewelry. These and any jewelry they make like these should be removed from the market as they sit at a price much too high for their worth.

      I went to the Kendra Scott store a month ago and bought a necklace and customized it. It broke a week later. So Wednesday, July 10th I contacted Kendra Scott service and waited for 2 days, no response. So on Friday, July 12th I look again to make sure I contacted the right email, it was right. I called them and I had bad service and it hung up, the lady was nice and called back again and the call hung up. I called again and no one answered. The call said customer service is busy at the moment and will call you when they are available. After this, no one called. So I emailed again on Friday, July 12th Someone answered but the thing is after I answered their questions on email I didnt get a response back.Its now Monday, July 15th. Im disappointed about this. It doesnt take this long to respond back.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM KENDRA SCOTT ONLINE! I paid extra for 2 day shipping on an order i placed later in the day on 12/12, expecting at the best for the order to arrive on 12/14, but more expected it on 12/15 due to the time I placed the order. When shipping details finally came through, it wasn't getting delivered until Monday. I contacted therir service email 3x asking for a credit for the 2 day shipping I had paid extra for. As of today, 12/21/23 still no response.@ Kendra Scott, if you are unable to fullfill orders for people who pay extra for 2 day or rush shipping, do not offer it. You also need to look at how your customer service responses are handled in a timely manner.

      Horrible customer service. Ordered 12/03, supposedly it was shipped 12/06. Tracking shows it never has been processed. Called, emailed and live chat with no response. Worst customer service.

      Horrible ****************** I had an issue with an order and was told to call customer service. I called them a total of 14 times and could never get in touch with an agent. I also emailed their service email 3 times and never got a response. I also did the website live chat and was told all agents were busy. This was two weeks of trying to fix my order. I was finally able to get help from a lovely employee at the ************* location. Kendra Scott customer service needs to do better!!!

      Will not be buying from then again. Terrible customer service. Very upset with how they've been handling an exchange because a stone fell out a few day's after mother's day. It was a special gift from my bonus kids and now I've shipped it to them and I have nothing.

      Horrible customer service. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from text messages and alerts. Not able to contact corporate offices without getting a recording. Text messages going off at midnight yo 1am.Never again will I buy anything from them

      When I bought a necklace using my birthday coupon, I was also given the offer of adding other necklace chains to my order so I did. When I received my order, I only got the one I bought. I called them and emailed them about the issue. ******* from customer service said "it was an error, I was not supposed to get that offer" so they cancelled the other items. Then, I told her I wanted to return the necklace I bought since they did not send me the other items, they do not keep their word. They give you offers so you make purchases and then they cancelled those items. She said I am not allowed to return it because I bought it using the birthday code. I understand that, but in this case, it was their mistake, not mine. After all, she just ignored my emails and the issue was not resolved. I advise other customer not to believe in the offers they give, they just want you to make a purchase. Be careful with them. I do expect a solution to my issue.
