I placed an online order with MilkySpoon.com on 3/18/2024, for "Silicovers Non-Slip Shoe Covers". I had also seen this product on inspireuplift.com but not in the color I wanted - MilkySpoon had it. I received an immediate order Confirmation, indicating the shipment may take ***** days to arrive. On the morning of 3/28, 10 days out, I checked on the order status, since I had heard nothing further. Using their Order Status check option I got the message, "Order #****** was paced on 3/18/2024 and is currently processing". Not very satisfying, so I called the number listed on the website: ************, and received a voice message stating, "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and call again." Tried it again and received the same message. I also tried using the website Contact option, but after clicking on send I got a pop-up saying, "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later." So I did...1 hour later, 4 hours later, same pop-up error message. Same recording when trying the phone number again. I looked at my checking account register online and found that $19.97 had been deducted, with the following entry, "Mar 18, 2024 MILKYSPOON.COM POS HTTPSNINDOHOS TX US 090041-19.97." I became very suspicious and went to my bank, still on 3/28, where I cancelled my debit card. They suggested I visit the *********** where I was told they couldn't check anything without a tracking number - never provided by MilkySpoon. On 3/30 it appeared that I was finally able to get a message through their website, and also sent a message by Replying to the Confirmation email. No response to date. It is past the 15 day delivery promise, still with no delivery, and no contact from the company. Earlier today, 4/3, I again responded to the 3/18 Confirmation email, as well as trying the phone number - same messages. I wish I had checked the BBB prior to ordering since I see one similar complaint against MilkySpoon.
