Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against Herman Miller regarding a ************** table I purchased from them that has serious quality issues. I purchased the coffee table on 08/27/2022 and I was informed the table have 5 year warranty.The coffee table was delivered by white glove services and I never move or use unporperly ever since. But the table leg was broken unexpectedly and the whole ********** down. It is very dangerous and the table cannot be used at all.Upon this issue happened on 01/28/2023, I contact the Herman Miller Store in ********, where I bought it, to report the issue. I was surprised to learn that Herman Miller would not replace or refund the product, despite the fact that it is covered by a 5-year warranty.After contacted them through Email and phone calls, I receive no respond and I have to come in person to file a claim for a warranty repair. When I finally received a response, I was informed that the quality issues was not covered under the warranty, and that I would need to buy a new table leg by myself. I was shocked and disappointed by this response, as I believe that the defects in the table were caused by poor craftsmanship and should be covered under the warranty.I have attempted to contact Herman Miller multiple times to request a refund or replacement for the table, but I have not received a satisfactory response. I feel that I have been treated unfairly by Herman Miller and that they are not honoring their warranty or their commitment to quality.I am hoping that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and work with Herman Miller to resolve this issue. I would like to have the coffee table refunded so that I can purchase a replacement from a company that values its customers and stands behind its products.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,***Business response

Greetings. ************************* sold me a chair back in June and said it would be built in August of this year... and decided to send me a Herman Miller Gaming Embody in the meantime. I have not been able to get in contact with him long enough to get the chair I wanted. It's November... PLEASE follow up on this... This is ridiculous. NOTE: EMAIL CHAIN ATTACHED.
