      I placed an order on October 14th, haven’t received any notification of it being shipped. I have contacted this company. I have reached out to them on October 21st, October 24th, October 27th, November 1st and November 3rd. Zero resolution and no refund has been given after asking twice now.

      I placed an order with Static Nails on July 4, 2024 for $100.00. The tracking information said the package had not received. I have not received my products or a refund. You cannot contact this company by phone only email. I have sent at least four emails requesting a refund. Their last response from ***** said no refund since they had already shipped my products. This is definitely not acceptable customer service. A hundred dollars is not a lot of money but it is a lot of money to me.Since I have not received my products I want them to provide me a total refund.Any questions please call me or email me. ************ ********************** Thank you ***********************

      I made two purchases with this company. Returned the items in May. I sent proof of the tracking and when everything arrived at the warehouse. I got the run around from ***** about how she needed to contact the warehouse to find out if the items were actually there. We emailed back and forth repeatedly but she would go days or a week without responding despite my repeated attempts to follow up. Then I would get some half a** apology on the hold up and how shes still waiting for the warehouse to contact her with an update on my return. Fast forward to now - the end of July. She stopped responding to me at the start of the month. I threatened to place a charge back and that still didnt get a response via email or Instagram. So I did just that. Even my bank finds it absolutely wild that it would take this long for a company to process a return let alone supposedly find it. Absolutely terrible customer service. I dont think I have ever experienced anything so bad before.

      Misleading ad. I believed i would receive the 3 items in the ad and only received one. Ad states WHAT'S INCLUDED? This assortment contains an incredible mix of nearly all best-selling Static Lashes ($30), Stay-In-Place Lash Liner ($35), and ***************** Makeup Remover ($35)!!! Mystery items are a fantastic way to score coveted products you've been eyeing and discover new favorites you might not have tried for a super low price. Our mystery products always delight!Whats included was not the assortment the ad makes you believe you are getting.

      Static nails sold me reusable fake nails that did not feature a notice that he size that fits your finger may not be a good size for your finger and the result was a horrific experience of trying to remove glued on nails that had caused bleeding under the nails. They refuse to even refund the unused nails, as I purchased multiple sets. I desire a refund for the money spent, which is more than reasonable considering they left me bleeding.

      I places an order on November 27th and I never received a tracking confirmation. On December 6th I was notified that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. I indicated that Id take a refund for just that item.After that, I never received a response or a tracking link. I followed up after I had not heard from them on 12/13, 12/14 and on Instagram 12/14 and 12/15. They have no working phone number. It is now coming up on a month since I ordered, I spent nearly $150 and now no one on the customer service team is even responding to emails.

      I purchased the Nail and ************ and received a defective product. I emailed customer service within 2 days of receiving the product to let them know of the defective brush and as a result the product does not apply properly. I received a response from *** at Customer Support suggesting that I use acetone nail polish remover for the brush - however that shouldn't be the case. I paid for a product that is not defective. I responded and requested that they make the issue right with a replacement or refund. I have sent several emails since receiving the one and only response from **************** asking for resolution with no acknowledgment or response from customer support.

      Static nails, owned by Alexis Irene Companies tried to steal over $218.25 from me. Bought nails on July 3rd. Nails were sent back to the company by my post office for some reason,and for a month tried to get my money back. They would say they would look into it then nothing. Then put in a dispute with PayPal... Told me they would look into it, but asked me to close my dispute anyway, several times .I'm so glad I didn't. They still didn't make it right. They lied to PayPal and sent tracking info saying I got the nails. I had to call Paypal and point out the proof said the nails were delivered in San Diego and I live in ***** twice! It has been awful terrible customer service.

      This product is defective. The polish cracks within a couple of days. All the colors I bought. Their business will not acknowledge any requests for a refund or a discount. They give you tips on how to do your nails, assuming is user error. They did not take any responsibility for the product or lack of communication. It took me about 8 or 9 emails to get a store credit after I specifically just wanted to out separate ways. They are unprofessional all the way around.
