We paid for parking lot striping and numbering of our parking spaces. Shortly after the striping was done the paint started chipping mainly on the arrows. The numbering is also fading for the parking spaces. We contacted the company to ask them to come and check these areas out and they haven't given us a resolution. They said it was because we didn't power wash all areas only fire lanes. We did decline all areas to be power washed, but didn't know this would be the result. IT wasn't explained to us that this would possibly happen until further down the line. All we're asking for is for the areas that are looking bad already to be restriped. You would think the company would want to make sure their customers are satisfied with their work and not give the option to exclude the power washing if it would make the parking lot end up looking like ours does only days after striping. We are a PreK thru 12th grade school so we have high-traffic on our parking lot daily.
