      My mother went through Keller Williams to sell her home in ***** *** I believe a the company should set a comfortable space for parties to conduct business with ease. After all house buying/selling can be a lengthy/ anxiety provoking process. Not only was my mothers realtor *************************** very *****. She seemed to advocate for the buyer and seemed to rush the process. My mom felt very uneasy about the whole process we would not recommend these guys.

      Im listing a property by seller and they are trying to show without permission clients my listing. This is illegal and unfair and if anyone comes out to my property without my permission, I will call the police.They have on their site where you could contact them and place a complaints. However, that option doesnt work. When you call their customer service number, they direct you to the site as the second option on their pre-recorded message.Obviously, they are getting a lot of complaints.

      I would not recommend keller williams Realty to anyone. I recently listed my home with one of the agents. I was displeased with her performance so I asked her broker to assist in correcting the problem. Her broker refused to get involved. The agent I had had not been taught what it takes to be a successful realtor, nor had she learned to fight for her client when it came to negotiations when the potential buyer was trying to lowball the offer due to the buyer and the home inspector colluding together purchase my home well below market value. The home inspector to nitpick our home to death, we ended up with a 79 page inspection of untruths! My agent could not see what was obvious, I did some research and the buyer goes by three different names or the spelling is different but it's the same people.be careful there are scammers out there and even though you have a agent they won't protect you, they resign and leave you hanging!*****************

      If I could give zero I would. I just had a ****** broker who was very rude to me on the phone leave me a voice mail saying, if you want to talk to me, or if your husband wants to talk to me. I am so unbelievably angry. HE FID BOT JUST SAY THAT! Dealt with so many ethical issues and continued posting of our property on ********* Wow!!! Stay away from them!!

      I had a realtor reach out to me on a local page for close to where I live in ****. She had made it seem like just talking to her the one time I had to get a house at that point because I basically wasted her time and I would have to pay her if I backed out. I was never told what exactly entails with the **** loan or your money going into an escrow account. My mortgage continues to go up every year it's getting to the point where I'm going to have to decide do I sell it now just to get out from under it and hopefully somebody will want to buy it considering I'd be selling it for cheaper than what it's valued or do I stay in it try to fix it up and take a chance on the market crashing and now I'm stuck with taking a loss on it regardless after sinking so much money in. I know this isn't on the realtor company but I had tried to reach out to that Realtor because the company the previous people paid did not lift the house correctly and half-ass fixed everything I was pretty much told by that Realtor she was in the hospital and I was on my own. I had never bought a house before so I didn't know what to look for. The inspector couldn't get to the attic so unless I wanted to pay to get him back out there and just take the word of the homeowner he wasn't able to check it. When I reached out to the realtor I had issues with the floor separating and cracking and breaking apart basically because the whole house had settled. I try to fix stuff for the most part but re-leveling the house I'm not comfortable with. I'm in the process of fixing the sump pump because the previous company couldn't even install the barrel correctly. Oh and I never got a final walk-through I have a funny feeling if I would have I would have never agreed to move into this house so it was here we'll give you money to let them stay in there longer knowing I was going to be having a lot of issues down the road. I feel like I got forced into this house and just left high and dry

      Although our experience with Realty is extremely limited, we worked with Keller Williams to find our first home. It is a stressful process in general and working with our agent, *******, was pleasant and it was great that she felt the same frustration we did as far as finding our home. Could not wish for a ************'s agent, than *******! I hope that when it comes time to sell (which won't be for a very long time), that our experience with selling is just as pleasant and educational for us.

      Worst company I have ever dealt with. It took 5 months and multiple excuses from realtor to sell my condo. At first I was told the asking price was just right. Then it was too high; time of year was wrong, bad weather; assessment fee, etc. Ended up taking 5 months to sell ( my realtor didnt do one showing).

      *************************************** IS >>> SHE WAS FOUND TO LIVE ACROSS THE STREET AFTER SALE. TOTAL B.S. I SAY TO START... I DID NO KNOW JUST WHO WAS SELLING UNTIL I DROPPED 10K DOWN, THEN AFTER A BAD FALL OUT AT SETTLEMENT, WE GOT SHAFTED. THE SELLER TOOK A SHED DOWN COSTING US $3+********************* OF POCKET COST, WE REPLACED IT FOR NEARLY $10K, THEN WE COULD NOT GET TO THE HEATER AT INSPEC. AND TOOK HIS WORD. ONLY TO FIND IT BROKEN & BUSTED COSTING ANTHER $7200+, AND ANOTHER $9300+ ON ROOF. AND ANTHER ON ** JUNK FRIG THAT HAD DIED 3X IN 6 MONTHS COST OUT OF POCKET OVER $7K. SHE DIDN'T LIKE THE REVIEW I HAD LEFT ON FACE BOOK AT THAT TOOK 6 MONTHS FOR HER TO FIND OUT ABOUT. SHE IS NASTY. THIS IS ALL IN LESS THEN THREE PLUS YRS. WELL OVER -$50K.       We sold our house May 27th 2021 with ************************* of Keller-Williams and it was one of the most costly mistakes of our lives. We have reached out to her on several occasions for some sort of explanation of why 42 hours before we closed while we were finishing packing and loading the last of our belongings. She had her assistant call us to sign a new contract with a new price on the sale of our house. We agreed to *******. With that call we were told she was sending "the new contract" she never even told us over the phone or to our face that she was now selling our house for *******. We had to sign. She didn't even say you don't have to accept this. You don't have to go through with this. No I'll work on your behalf to make this right. Nothing except this is what it is you are expected to be out in 36 hours. A 3 story house with 5 people and 2 dogs. Imagine the position we were in. 98% out of the house. Because of this we lost ********. We weren't able to put the expected ****** down for *************. We only walked out of the closing with ******. No realtor at the closing. I didn't even know that was possible. I didn't know that realtors could blindside you in the last 2 days before closing,in no way at all did she work in our best interest and STILL take her 6%. My husband and I have not heard one sentence from her since that 42 hours before closing. We went through that shock and devastation on our own. As you can guess ******* may not have been a lot to her, but it threw our family into a downward financial spiral that caused us to not be able to get a permanent residence until April of 2022. It ended up costing us so much more because we couldn't come up with the full ****** and we had to spend more money quickly finding places to rent for short term. She never even suggested or assisted with that! She most certainly did not earn her 6% and we have no recourse. If read on your website your philosophy. We were shown the exact opposite of all of this.
