I purchased a broken glass dress from a retailer. ************** in ********** **. The dress arrived at my house in perfect condition last Saturday. Once we got the dress and and attempt to move from one room in the house to the next pieces of the broken glass where so delicately sewn on they began to fall off. 4 pieces to be exact. It is very noticeable when those pieces are missing from the dress. I immediately reached out and filed complaint with sherrihill on the online form. 6 days have passed and no contact. I called directly to corporate and am told I have to go back to retailer. Retailer does not give refunds again the item arrived from retailer in perfect condition. I paid **** for dress plus tax. The prom is next Saturday April 2nd. I feel it's only fair to get a new dress identical that my daughter can wear to the prom without falling apart or a refund of my money. I am beyond frustrated to not be able to talk to anyone just thrown back to the retailer or get a response from my email complaint. This is horrible quality item, horrible customer service.
