In September 2021, I hired Blue Jack construction to replace the roof on a house I purchased. They completed the roof, but said they needed to order the rain gutters and install in a few weeks. A few weeks later they were not in and I was told they were backordered. In November, I sent another message through the company's website and they said they would call the gutter people and make it a priority to have it done by the holidays. I sent another message a few weeks ago and have not gotten a response - through the website, email, ******** and text. I just asked they complete the job or refund the money. Or I need to report and file in small claims.Business response

We have reached out to the homeowner and offered to install a new gutter system. The homeowner is now trying to extort my company for more money than the original job. She claiming she is going to get a judgment for time and suffering.
Please advise on the best course of action. Again, we are happy install the gutters with next 7 business days.

I am rejecting this response because:They are ridiculous liars.
Conversation history where Blue Jack Construction is trying to 'resolve' my issue then e-mailing you that I am trying to 'extort their business for more than the original cost of the job' which was close to $6k. They apparently do not know I get a copy of the communication. Need to lose accreditation just for lying.

Homeowner agreed to upgraded gutters/downspouts: Monday June 13th, 2022
Upgraded gutters and downspouts where installed on : Thursday June 16th, 20222
As of today June 24,2022 the homeowner has yet to reply back acknowledging the gutters/downspouts have been installed to her liking.
