I have bought a car from this company and if you have bought on check your figures of how much they charge I did and I did a ***** blue book of this vehicle and I was charged Way over the blue book .They dont answer the phone all they want is their payment sending you a link I would never purchase a vehicle from this company again . When you call they say we dont speak English this company is not professional at all so Im been trying to talk to someone and no one is to talk to I love my vehicle dont get me wrong but I was over charged by this company I can tell you the blue book was 8000 Run from this company they will get you in but over charge you like 3 times so I feel it should be against the law for that for what the are doing to people with not so great credit scoreReview from Reporter J

Run as fast as you can away from this place and you'll thank me later. So I purchased a vehicle on March the 17th and was told that within a 5 week period I would receive my registration and license plates for my vehicle. 6 weeks goes by from the time I purchase and I contact this place and it took 3 days to get someone to pick up the phone number one but number two I was transferred to a voicemail and never got a call back so I tried calling again on the 5th and 6th day and finally got someone to answer. This person informed me that my plates and sticker were not yet in and that I needed to give rthem another week or two to receive them. So I wait another 2 weeks and call back but again it takes days to get someone to pick up and when they finally pick up they once again transfer me to the same voicemail so I call back immediately. Now I'm being forwarded directly to a voicemail in which I still have not gotten a single call back from. So after all of this has happened I decide to call the *** or tax office if you will and ask them what's going on. The lady I spoke with explain to me that the dealership has 30 days from the time of purchase to have the transfer of title and paperwork completed and submitted or they have to pay a penalty. Or it could be a possibility that the dealership is in fact altering the dates of cell to avoid paying the penalty per the representative. Although she couldn't go into too much detail let's just say this. I purchased my car on March 17th 2024. Today is May 29th ****************************************** registration sticker. The dealership no longer answers my calls and if I decide to go up there in person I get treated like dog s*** all of a sudden. Everybody spoke English before I bought a car but now that I have signed my life away and given them a lump sum of money nobody understands English all of a sudden. Horrible experience and the absolute worst customer service from the plump cow at the front desk.Review from Ramona J

I bought a truck Nov 10,2023 at the time all door handles on the truck where broke said they would replace and two of the truck tire caps where missing engine light came on 2 weeks after I bought it back engine light was off but door handles where still broke and no tire caps after that engine light came back on after the holidays was trying over and over to get a hold of people so I could drop off truck no one respond truck broke down on me I had to but a new battery a new starter and less then 2 months of having the truck after the truck still doesnt want to start went to dealership said I would have to pay for the truck to get towed to the mechanic shop and pay for all repairsReview from Adrianna M

This company is a scam. I have had my car less than a month and the check engine light has came on twice. The first time it came on in less that 4 days after the purchase. They took the car to the service center and said they would change the breaks because they needed changing and do something else with the vehicle. So i left the vehicle and they said that it was fixed fast forward to a week later and the check engine light has came on again they told me to call the service department to schedule a time for me drop the vehicle off and for a loaner vehicle. I ended up calling them 6 times then when they finally answered I was told that no appointment was needed that I could drop the vehicle off anytime and that they do not do loaners even though I was told that they do. I ended up hiring a mechanic to look over the vehicle so that I can find out exactly what is wrong with it turns out not only does is something going on with the engine, but it needs brakes(which they told me that they changed the first time), it needs a new tire(which explains why I have to put air in the tire everyday. I have messaged and called them and have not heard anything back, STAY FAR AWAY from this place there are plenty of other places that you can go to for bad credit. I wish I would have did my research instead of being in a hurry. This place is a scam and fraud and I am reading my contract now to try to find a way out and to get my money back because they are a joke.Review from Raymond J

No assistance with payment like most dealerships Will sell cars knowing there are issues and refuses to fix them or do a horrible job at fixing them Will strong arm you into paying the bill by saying there is no grace ****** Hard to contact but when they start talking about repossession then all of a sudden someone can get on the phone This by far has been the worst dealership I have ever dealt withReview from LaQuinta D

Absolutely JOKE! Terrible company, no communication at all. Rude and a overall bad company. Wont fix the vehicle unless you drop it off and they have unlimited time to fix it. But still want you to pay car note on the vehicle. No options for trade ins after youve had a car for 3 years and its falling apart. TERRIBLE COMPANYReview from lashonda j

theyre not very helpful when it comes to payment options. i had done nothing wrong to my car and ended up having to pay 100% out of pocket for a piece and the labor to get my car fixed and they all of a sudden dont cover that in my warranty. i needed an extension for my payment to get my car fixed and be able to go to work to make money to pay it and they were no help. i was late by 5 days paying it and my car wouldve been sent to collections if i didnt pay double my payment that very day. huge inconvenience, i will never get another car from them again.Review from Nicole P

I bought a 2015 ******* Accent Gls from them and I have had so many problems with it since I purchased it. Spark plugs, brakes, shocks and struts, rear wheel hub driver side, engine filter, and the suspension on both sides and the control arms on both sides and the evap system is still having problems after I had the valve replaced and the gas cap, and the cabin filter and battery, catalyst converter, and muffler needs replaced. I spent ******* on repairs and and they put the due car note on the back of the ****. I've only had the car a year. I will not make any more repairs and still have to pay the note. I got an estimate from ******** and it is worth lesser than *******. I owe almost ********* on the car. They took a down-payment and added a deferred payment to my note. This car was purchased from the auction and it didn't have a check engine light on so they put it up for sale without properly assessing it. That was told to me by ***** at the automotive shop. I am going to return it to them on Friday and I want this to not reflect on my credit report.Review from Blank B

Scam top to bottom - sneak in deferred down payment- illegally reposses ; h*** they just charge you 4 time the blue book value. If theres a way to scree you over theyve thought Id it.1 wish Id never gone to them, weeconstinusllt skirt and break the law to suit their need and all the want is every cent make
