I placed an order for a sweatsuit from the company Girls Need Love on December 16th, 2022. Their policy states it takes 3-5 business days for domestic shipping. I never received an update or tracking number for my items. I reached out via email to the company on December 28th, 2022 about my order and received no response. I reached out again on January 2nd 2023 via email and social media. Someone responded saying they would give me the tracking number. I never received it on the 2nd. I reached out again via email on January 7th 2023 about my order and did not hear anything. On January 15th 2023 (almost a month later after purchasing item) I reach out to them yet again on social media. I was given a screenshot of a tracking number from **** and was told to keep an eye out for items. Still havent received anything so once again I reach out on February 7th 2023 and I ask about my order. Said person insisted it would be there that week. I looked up tracking and it was not updated at all. It still said that **** was awaiting package since January 30th. I sent them a picture of the tracking number on February 12th 2023 to show that it was not updated even though they said it was going to be shipped out and they left me on read. Now fast forward to February 18th and I reach out to them again and once again they are saying that it would be shipped out that same week. I still have received nothing. I reached out again on February 25th 2023 and again on February 28th 2023 about my order and nothing. Now the person who owns the company is not responding to me at all. I am now out of $113.35 and merchandise as well. I reached out to a woman on social media who is dealing with the same issues as well. I would like either a refund or the merchandise I was promised because this is very unprofessional.Customer response

This is a website I found on instagram. I am not sure of the address, or if there is even an address. This is the website ****************************************** and from the tracking number they provided it says they are located somewhere in ******** *****. That is all I have to go on I am sorry.
