Work was done on 12/14/22. I agreed to pay $1600 to have a tub surround and new tub installed. The completed work was not done to my satisfaction, because there were gaps left open and the tub surround was not installed correctly. I asked the contractor to rectify his mistake. He told me he would have to charge me, to correct what should have been done in the beginning. He stated that you to not know what you are getting into, when you open a wall. Instead of telling me this, when the wall was open, he completed the installation incorrectly, and then wanted to charge me to fix it correctly. In addition, he presented himself as a licensed contractor. I spoke with *********** which is where I purchased the tub and surround, and they told me he was not licensed. As you can see on his invoice, he clearly states Blue Duck Handyman LLC. He misprepresents his credentials.
