      Details about a posted change in buying were made by the business 2 weeks prior. I was out of town two weeks prior. When I asked about selling the item in store (hot wheels sets which are larger items) when I was there on Saturday dropping off items for sale, no one pointed out the posted change in the stores policy. While the policy is posted on social media and I follow the company on social media it does not show up on my feed. I have a pending sale with this business for store credit and already have store credit in the store. I have been selling to the store for over 3 years. I was told that I would not be able to sell to them this morning because I asked them to expedite the sale since they required me to stay in store (of which I was unaware). I was told that I am rude every time I come into the store even though I always drop off and it takes them 3-5 days to complete the buy. I told them that if they were denying my business then I wanted all remaining store credit in cash since they did not want to do any more transactions with me. They stated they dont do that. I would like all money owed to me by the business including what may be pending from the current sale they should be working on (which is currently marked for store credit). I would like an apology for being told ** always rude to them which is untrue. I was rude this morning because they were not able to give me a time estimate or work with me on time so I could make a meeting. I would like them to provide some leeway for new store changes to allow customers time to know and understand the new rules (Ie for other customers). Lastly, I think this store caters to stay at home moms. That is unfortunate as there many working moms who would love to use this store. Some store policies make it difficult for working moms to do business with the store, like the drop off policy and no sales on Sundays.

      I've been shopping at this place for years and never had an issue until today. I let my ********** with one of their toys they had hanging near the registers (it was already stapled and taped back together with scotch tape(picture attached), so I didn't think she could do anymore harm). She pulled the tape up and at that point I took it away. I gave it to the front staff to re-tape. ****** forced me to purchase this $10 toy against my will even though it was not anymore destroyed than it had been before. That's a lot of money for a struggling mom. After spending hundreds of dollars here, this was a huge disrespect. *****, who is apparently the manager, was extremely aggressive and rude about the situation as well.
