    I'm disappointed that I am out a $994 deposit and only one treatment into the program we had to pause due to *****'s family emergency with her parent. I had a total of 3 treatments with her but only 1 in the actual program. The 1st treatment I paid for upfront, which was like a consultation and microscopic view of my scalp. The 2nd visit was another treatment to show me what the program would involve and for me to decided if I wanted to start the program. The 3rd visit was my 1st official treatment in the program and is when I paid $994 in April. Not long after that, a few days before my next treatment she called and told me about her parent and said she'd have to cancel appointments for the next month+. Although I understand things happen out of our control, I wish she had staff that could stand in the void when she is not able to be there. Because of a lack of staff, my treatments were pushed back 5 additional weeks. My husband decided he no longer wanted me to have services done here due to inconsistencies. With the program being over $3000 I understood. i told ***** this and she insisted on speaking to my husband. He did not want to speak with her. At one point ***** told me she normally does not give deposits back but she would give mine back. I told her she could keep the deposit if she could just ship me the products that the deposit covers. Here we are months later and I have yet to receive anything. I text ***** that I will no longer be in the program and if I could just receive the products that I paid for via shipment to my home. I texted her my address and I got no response. I texted her again a few days later to let her know that I shouldn't have to continue to ask for products that I paid for and receiving nothing. The fact that I am out $994 with no products and no refund is bad business. I will never return.

    On June 29, 2023 ***** sent a text, she is correct I did not respond. On June 30, **** sent another text I felt like we needed to speak over the phone vs continuing to text. I was asking her to talk over the phone within minutes of her sending the text on June 30. I sent another text approximately two hours later. I sent another text on July 1, telling her that I did not want to keep the money and would be happy to refund their money. I have the screenshots to prove what I stated. Yes there were family issues on my end that I could not control. I continued to work with my family issues not disrupting my business. Once my family issue started I offered then to refund their money since she hadn't started her therapy. Their refund has been issued.
