I wish I could have given this company a "0" but 1 is the lowest rating due to their Greed, Lies, Fraud and Misrepresentation. My nightmare with this company started almost 2 mos ago. I had an interior water damage in Dec 2021. A State Farm rep referred me to ServPro for services. David, Production Mgr, arrived promptly to assess damages to wooden flooring & walls to make recommendations. The following day, Kris, came to assess reconstruction. They submitted a bill to State Farm for nearly $20,000 for demolition and reconstruction. The State Farm adjuster flatly refused to pay the claims. Over the past months there were numerous disputes with State Farm representative about what ServPro had submitted. On Feb 15, 2022, David from ServPro supposingly was responsible for the demolition initially assuring me that there would be a crew working on the project. David put up alot plastic and complained about having difficulty getting employees to work @ServPro. He did less than 10 hrs of messing around when he was at my house putting up plastic and doing little. He complained about not having anyone to help him during the demolition and that he was the only staff at ServPro to work on this demolition. The next day he did not show up for work and later at rep for ServPro called and told me he had "food poisoning." David called me the following day and told me that Kris F. was going to call me because he was going to take over the demolition & reconstruction. That week I never heard from Kris. The following week, I missed a call from Kris and called and left a message asking him to call me to set/up time for the demolition and reconstruction. I have taken off from work for nearly 1 month and ServPro had not done a damn thing but hang up some plastic and pulled up a few floor planks. David had pulled up a few of planks from the floor and there was no evidence of water or mold damages. He agreed there were on damages. Yesterday Kris sent me a bill for $1500.00.
